Someone told me when you are out of your comfort zone is when you learn and grow. I was used to the PBR workflow and I didn't have enough free time to continue doing cartoon style. However, those days, I have it so I wanted to expand my frontiers trying to learn how to do water material and practice my cartoon style.
This scene was made in Unreal Engine 4 using the Substance Designer for the normal maps and the caustic effect texture.
